I felt very welcome by Mary, she was friendly and made me feel safe and at ease straight away.

When Mary put her hands on me, I felt a strong energy. During the session I could see that she was attentive, listening to my body and finding intuitively the areas that needed releasing. 

The healing was very deep and relaxing, and I nearly fell asleep. 

I really appreciated the fact that her touch is soft and that she makes sure that you are comfortable during the whole session. 

After the session I felt more grounded, balanced, with more energy.

The session helped release a lot of blockages. 

It really helped as I needed help after a lot of recent life changes.

My session with Mary was very moving in a sublime way which is hard to describe as most energy work is.   I was super relaxed and drifted off into a sleep like state while she worked her magic. I didn’t go in with any specific trams other than wanting to step into my feminine and feel more love and connection. Mary worked on my heart chakra and in the coming days I did feel a calmness and a softening in my ideas about relationships. The shift was subtle and I do feel hopeful that new doors are openIng for me.

My session with Mary has been an amazing healing session.

She asked me about my feelings and what I would like to receive from the session and I felt very comfortable to drop into her space.

As soon as she started to work on my system, first around my head, then to my feet, I felt the energy flowing and my full body relaxed, in deep breath. 

Then she asked me to roll on one side, and started to work all over my back, with a very gentle touch, and some gentle rocking movements, I felt all my system enter in a restorative mode, my organs and nervous system responding to each of her actions.

I felt she was talking with my system, my body, my energies, as a discussion.

It was deep and very restorative, I almost fell asleep during the session.

Later in the day I felt super energised, as if I reset my energy levels during this session.

I felt also more quiet, at peace with my emotions and feelings.
